ABOUT RECRUITMENT OF TRAINEE SOLICITOR
Yip, Tse & Tang places high importance on trainee recruitment.
We start our trainee solicitor recruitment process normally at the beginning of the year for the immediate year's intake. Interested candidates may write to our Recruitment Partner. Selected candidates will be offered a first interview by our Recruitment Partner. A recruitment panel will interview candidates short-listed in the first interview. In the second interview, short-listed candidates will be interviewed by our recruitment panel with at least 3 of our partners. Offer to a successful candidate would be conditional on him/her passing the PCLL examination.
INSOLVENCY LAWYER
Yip, Tse & Tang is seeking TWO high calibre Bankruptcy Practice Solicitors for its expanding practice on personal bankruptcies.
Applicants should possess the following qualities:
‧at least 3 years legal experience on the practice of related matters on bankrutpcy and insolvency
‧self-motivated and capable of working independently;
‧good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
‧good communication and drafting skills are essential.
